Life Essentials requires a valid credit card from clients to secure all scheduled appointments.  We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your service so that we may provide a full session.  In the event of tardiness, service time may be decreased in order to keep our future clients on schedule.

Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour cancellation notice is kindly requested of all our clients.  If a treatment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notification, the client will be charged for 50% of the service.  A no show will be charged for the service in full.  If you prefer to give your service and time allotment to a friend or family member, you may do so.

Locker Room & Robes

Life Essentials provides cozy robes and slippers for you to change into if you are receiving 2 or more treatments or a treatment that requires showering, such as body scrubs or wraps.  Lockers with keys are provided for your use to house your personal belongings.  Showers are equipped with body wash, shampoo and conditioner.  A vanity area is available for application of make-up and use of a hair dryer.

Relaxation Area

Please be cognizant of the other clients in the spa upon your arrival. Keep voices to a minimal level and do not make any unnecessary noise. Every client is entitled to a calm and relaxing spa experience. Please provide the same courtesy as you would expect for yourself.

Our atrium is an area for relaxation and meditation. We provide cold and hot water, green tea, fruit, raisins and other small delectable delights. You may utilize this area before and after treatments for your personal time.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates may be purchased for those special occasions. Gift certificates expire within the regulations and guidelines of the state of Colorado. If you have any questions, please speak with our reservations agent for the Spa Manager. Discounts will not be honored if you are utilizing a Spa Finder gift certificate.

Gratuities

Spa services are personal services customized to your specific requirements. Tipping is standard in the personal service industry and averages from 15% – 20%. Please be ready to advise the receptionist of the gratuity you wish to leave with your service providers.

BOGO Certificates & Gratuity

If you are paying for your services with a BOGO certificate, please consider leaving a gratuity based on the full price of the service. You may be receiving a substantial discount, but the service, professionalism and pampering, are still the same treatment as a full pay service. This is customary in any service industry and greatly appreciated. A 15% – 20% gratuity is average.
